WATER TREATMENT PLANT

Water, a precious natural resource that sustains our world. Almost 75% of the earth’s surface is covered with water. 97% of this is salty. Only 3% of the water on our planet is freshwater. It is locked in the ground, appears as surface water, or is obtained from wells. Freshwater is vital to life.
Due to the growing population and industrialization, there is an acute shortage of freshwater. The more man interferes with the natural water cycle, the more difficult it becomes to provide a sufficient supply of quality water. Today this demand can only be met with the help of modern technology.
We hold expertise in successfully meeting the demands of a wide range of water treatment systems that include treatment plants as well as other associated accessories finding application in both commercials as well as domestic use. The in-depth process knowledge of our team allows us to deliver this optimum functionality as well as service life standards.

UV DISINFECTION SYSTEM

UV is the world’s most trusted technology and it is a natural purification system. UV is a band of invisible light in the electromagnetic spectrum, in the range of 200 – 400nm wavelengths. The UV wavelength of 253.7nm possesses the greatest germicidal effectiveness, which penetrates the microorganism cell membrane to destroy the DNA molecules, thus preventing cell replication. Models are available with a flow rate of 100 liters/hr to 50,000 liters/hr and above.
We are engaged in manufacturing UV sterilizer systems to use various industries. Our products are extensively appreciated by the clients for high-quality standards

UV Sterilizer

Ultraviolet is the world’s most trusted technology and it is a natural purification system. UV is used to provide bacterial disinfection in water. It does not change the physical or chemical characteristics of water. UV provides disinfection on contact. It does not have any residual properties left in the treated water. There are no known microorganisms resistant to UV.

Following are some of the Specifications and Applications of our range of Ultraviolet Water Treatment systems:

  • Drinking water treatment.
  • RO Plants.
  • Mineral Water Plants.
  • Sewage Water Recycling.
  • Effluent Recycling.
  • Municipal Water Supply.
  • Zero Liquid Discharge Systems.
Iron Removal Filter

Iron removal filter is a processed catalytic filtration unit where the raw water passes through the layer of compressed air, processed catalyst & quartz filter media respectively. The dissolved ferrous iron salts are converted into insoluble ferric salt and precipitated over the filter bed and then ttheirffreefiltered water comes out.

Reverse Osmosis Plant

Perfectly engineered yet simple Reverse Osmosis plants by Evergreen Solutions are ideal for a wide spectrum of applications. Our RO plants are cost-effective because they need low maintenance. Less membrane fouling, long life of the membrane, and maximum recovery of permeate bring customer delight. Our RO systems remove the dissolved contaminations up to the maximum possible extent. High-speed pressure pumps and best in the class semi-permeable membranes achieve great results.
